Potimarron Squash is one of our favorites. It has a "chestnut" like flavor, sweet orange flesh, which sweetens more with longer storage. We have found this squash to store well late into winter (in a protected environment, stored properly). Fruits are about 3-4 pounds each, on the small side, with several fruits per plant at harvest. 80-85 days
