Any participation or involvement with this site will constitute acceptance of the agreement of our terms and conditions. IF you do not agree to abide by our terms and conditions, please do not use this site. This siite and components are shared as part of our journey and we are not held responsible for how you choose to use the information or products contained within. We are also not responsible for any errors in our perspective. None of our products are medically endorsed and nothing on this website should be taken as medical advice. All photo's and writing on this site are owned by Terralumina Gardens. If someone is using our images without permission please contact us at our contact link. If something owned by another appears to be on this site, please let us know if you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by anything presented in this site.
Return policy
Please expect natural variations in all our products. We are not a factory, we may package something different one time than another because of what we have available. We do our best to produce the highest possible quality products. This does not mean there will never be a lump in the yarn (because I hit a squib while spinning, though I try to get all those out), or a little vegetable matter, or hand written labels if we were out of printer ink, or recycled packaging for shipping. We are sustainably minded and do our best. If you are really dis-satisfied with a product, please let us know and we will do our best to give store credit or replace the item as needed.
Shipping Policy
All items that aren't custom orders will be shipped within 5 business days of being ordered. Custom ordered items will be sent within the agreed upon number of days listed in the product description, or discussed via email correspondence. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, or for shipping delays.
Privacy policy
No customer information will ever be sold or provided to another company. If you give us permission, we will share our newsletter or updates with you. This will occur only with your permission. We absolutely respect our customer's privacy.
